Sinden
Signs For Second Spell
Scott Porter
has added Richard Sinden to his squad ahead of
the visit of Chipstead this Saturday. Sinden
signs for his second spell in a Hythe shirt,
having previously joined the club from VCD
Athletic in the 2005/6 season, going on to score
24 goals in 36 appearances. Of course it was his
four years as top goalscorer for Maidstone
United, during their time in the Kent League,
that really took the eye.
Richard joins after leaving Faversham Town only
a few days ago, following a successful three
year spell where he won the Kent League Premier
Division Championship in 2009/10, before
continuing as part of the Salters Lane squad in
the Ryman South.
With Brendon Cass out for several weeks due to a
broken bone in his foot, it is a smart move from
Hythe Manager Scott Porter to bring back a
player he knows so well, and with such an
excellent level of experience.
Welcome back Richard!
