Great News came in on Saturday as Tom Wynter decided to delay his retirement and will be back in a Hythe Shirt for the rest of the season.....

 

Tom will be back in the squad for Saturday.... 


The Cannons are delighted to announce the signing of experienced centre back Scott Doe from Welling United. The 32-year-old started his career in the youth set up at Swindon Town.

 

 

He went on to play for Weymouth and Kettering Town before he settled down at Dagenham & Redbridge where he played a total of 299 appearances in two spells. He has also represented Boreham Wood, Whitehawk, Billericay Town, Dover Athletic and Romford. 

 

Scott played in the friendly at home to Maidstone United.


Hythe Town are delighted to announce the signing of winger Jordan Sarfo and Jacob Gilbert to the squad for the new season. 

 

Jordan has impressed in pre-season and comes to club having played for Bedfont Sports before the pandemic. He also had a spell at Bedfont & Feltham. 

 

Young midfielder Jacob Gilbert joins us from Maidstone United where he came through the youth set up- He did spend sometime last season at Haywards Heath Town on dual registration and also represented Lordswood in the recent Post-Lockdown Trophy. 

 

We are also pleased to announce that Frannie Collin is stepping up into a player-coach role at the club.

Hythe Town are delighted to announce the signing of former Dagenham & Redbridge and Margate striker, Noel Leighton. The 22 year old started his career at Millwall and also had a spell on loan at Woking.

The Club can announce that Centre-Back Cameron Reardon has joined us for this season. He came through the youth ranks at Kingstonian. He played for East Grinstead Town last season but has also had a spell with Greenwich Borough. 

 

Kane Phillip has decided to move on due to a deal he had been offered elsewhere....
