End Of Season Presentation Evening

On Saturday night Hythe Town FC held their annual End of Season Presentation Evening. It capped off what has been a remarkable season both on and off the pitch, with a final league position of 8th in our first ever season in the Ryman South, and of course that amazing victory over Dartford FC, at their stadium, in the Kent Senior Cup Final! Well done to Scott, his management team, the players, and officials, and thank you to all our sponsors, volunteers, and of course the supporters, who all contributed to a brilliant season. Here is a run down of the end of season awards...


Manager's Player of the Year - Ronnie Dolan

Supporters' Player of the Year - Pat Kingwell


Golden Boot - Dave Cook (20 goals)


Website Player of the Year (Most Man of the Match Awards) - Ronnie Dolan


Chairman's Award - Richard Giles


There was also a farewell and thank you to Martin Chandler who is leaving the club after three years of service as 1st Team Coach, and a well done to Pat Kingwell for reaching the landmark of 200 appearances for Hythe Town FC. Amiee Giles and Katherine Settle received bouquets of flowers for assistance with hospitality throughout the season, and Kit Man Andy Payne received a token of appreciation from the players. Finally, Scott Porter and Clive Cook received special recognition of their managerial record over the last three seasons.
