Ryman League Division One South 2013/14 - Line-Up Announced
Following a meeting of the FA Leagues Committee, club allocations for Steps One to Four have been released, the size of our division has been extended by two to twenty-four ahead of next season.
Guernsey, last season's Combined Counties League runners-up become the first Channel Island club to compete at our level of the non-league pyramid, and have been placed in Division One South. Also, two sides have been promoted from the Sussex County League, champions Peacehaven & Telscombe and runners-up Redhill.
Hastings United and Carshalton Athletic have been relegated from the Premier Division, whilst Walton Casuals earned a reprieve from relegation to Step Five. Clubs leaving are Dulwich Hamlet and Maidstone United, both promoted, and Sittingbourne, who have been moved to the Northern division, where they will join Erith & Belvedere and VCD Athletic, both promoted from the Kent League.
The full proposed line-up is below, as in previous years though, this may be subject to amendment, depending on any appeals raised by member clubs.
