Former Charlton Athletic Under 21s captain, joined on loan from Ryman Premier side, Maidstone United towards the end of last season before joining permantely over the summer. Has also had loan spells at Notts County and Forest Green.

Dan Stubbs




Talented all-rounder who can play anywhere across midfield and has an excellent talent for providing goal assists. Previously played for the club in a spell spanning the final fifteen games of the season before last. Started off his career as a member of Ebbsfleet United’s successful Youth League scheme. Spent time at Whitstable Town, Margate, and Maidstone United, including being part of the Ryman South play-off winners' squad. Dan has also played for KA Akureyri in Iceland's 2nd tier, and has also had a spell at Dover.

Highly-rated central-midfielder previously of Ashford United and Ramsgate, having originally been part of the Gillingham youth set-up.

Joe, is a winger/forward just getting back into his football after taking a break from the game, has an excellent pedigree following stints within the youth set-ups of Gillingham, Dartford and Dover.

Re-signed for the club from SCEFL side, Ashford United just over a year ago. Was originally our ‘super-sub’ in the 2010/11 season, when we won the Kent League and with it promotion to the Ryman League. A quick player who can also play in a variety of positions and was Ashford’s top scorer the season before last with fifteen goals, despite often playing in defence.

Exciting and skilful young forward previously of Deal and Whitstable, really caught the eye during pre=season despite limited availability.

Another young forward who caught the eye during pre-season, having starred for the University of East London side, he has also been part of the Maidstone United youth set-up.

Re-signed from Cray Wanderers in January after beginning the season at the Ryman North outfit. First joined the club after leaving Maidstone United in the summer of 2013, having captained the Stones to promotion via the Ryman South Play-Offs. Went on to become the Supporters', Website and Manager's Player of the Year, winning the club's Golden Boot with an outstanding 38 goals. Previous clubs also include Corinthian, Ramsgate and Dover Athletic.

Luke Harvey


Striker, age 29


Highly-rated forward who has been top scorer for the previous two seasons at Faversham Town, who he left in December to sign for ourselves. Has had many impressive performances and scored many goals against us over the years. Prior to his time in the Ryman South with Faversham he was the captain of the Kent League winning Herne Bay side that did battle with us for several years as the clubs fought for promotion to the Ryman League.

Striker, age 20

Former Folkestone Invicta youngster, has made the move from our neighbours and from defence to attack. Looks a really decent prospect, setting up two goals on debut and scoring in his first start of the season.

Skilful winger who re-signed for the club in January, after originally signing from local rivals Faversham Town shortly after the start of last season. Joined the Lilywhites from Herne Bay during the summer. Scored the 'Goal of the Season' on his debut in a Hythe shirt.


Sam Bewick


Midfield, age 22

Talented and versatile midfielder who originally joined the club in the summer of 2013 from Herne Bay. Began his career with spells at QPR and Tonbridge Angels, before moving to Maidstone United, and was the Stones' Supporters’ Player of the Year runner up after 50 appearances during the 2011-12 season. Rejoined the club in February, after starting the 2014/15 season at Faversham Town.

Lewis Mingle


Defender, age 25


Strong left-back formerly of Maidstone Utd, Tunbridge Wells and Erith & Belvedere. Lewis was in fact part of the Tunbridge Wells line-up that made it all the way to Wembley, losing narrowly to Spennymoor Town in the 2013 FA Vase Final. Was in the starting line-up as Wells became the first Kent League team to make the final since Tommy Sampson’s Deal Town in 2000. Signed for the club following Tim Dixon's appointment over the summer.

Dave Pilcher


Midfield, age 18


Joined Dover Athletic Youth Section from Gillingham in 2011. Went on to impress for Dover Under 19s during the 2011/12 campaign and as a result earned a call-up to the Academy squad. Was one of a number of Academy players who joined the Dover Athletic 1st Team during pre-season in 2012. Was on the fringe of the 1st Team going into the 2012/13 season, spending time on loan at Ramsgate before signing for us over the summer, excellent set-piece delivery.

Young full-back originally signed on loan from Maidstone United towards the end of pre-season. A quick, skilful defender who enjoys getting forward to join in attacks.


Ashley Miller


Striker, age 20

Fast, skilful forward who signed from Maidstone United two months into this season and is now in his third spell at the Cannons, after two previous loan spells from Gillingham. Made his professional debut for Gillingham at the age of sixteen and made his first start for Gillingham in March 2012, scoring his first senior goal three days later.

Pat joined us in December 2007 and won all three Player of the Year awards for the 2008-09 season. He has previously played for Ashford Town and had a spell with Conference side St Albans City. Winner of the Supporters' Player of the Year trophy for the last three seasons, and current Players' Player of the Year.

Luke Webb


Midfield, age 27


Local player who joined us from Folkestone Invicta shortly after the start of the season, and is a flexible midfielder who can fill a number of positions.


Ryan Cooper


Defender, age 20


Joined the club in the summer of 2013 after a successful season at Sittingbourne. Predominantly a right-back, but a player who is capable of covering several positions. Ryan is a highly-rated product of the Dartford FC Academy, and started last season at play-off winners Maidstone United.


Ronnie Dolan


Midfield, age 21

Joined at the start of the 2010/11 season from Ashford Town, and instantly became a regular in the side. Winner of the Manager's Player of the Year award for the last two seasons. Has been the most used player during his time at the club, with an exceptional 141 appearances and 16 goals over a period of three years.


Tom Hickman


Midfield, age 31


Signed during the summer of 2013 after impressing during pre-season. Arrived from Ramsgate, having made ten Ryman South appearances for our Kent rivals last season. Impressed as an opponent on a regular basis whilst captaining Faversham Town to the Kent League championship the year before ourselves. Former clubs also include Margate and Dover.

George Savage


Midfield, age 22

George joined us at the start of the 2012/13 season after impressing on trial during our pre-season campaign, stepping up to the Ryman South predominately from a Kent League based career. George is a combative quick-footed winger and can also operate in defence. Previous clubs include Fisher, Holmesdale, Sevenoaks and Beckenham.

Signed at the start of last season from Kent League side Beckenham Town, having scored 29 goals the season before, previously starred for Blue Square South side Welling United. Jake is a quick and skilful winger who ended last season winning the Website Player of the Year for the most Man of the Match awards.
